The end of beginning

"The Empress paused for a minute. 'Thank you Corporal, you're dismissed. Well, it seems we have a new problem. The dragons have just stole the Triton. It seems that you are now front and center in this President Samuel, what do you intend to do?'
'The Titan won't be finished for another week. The Triton was the only ship ready to go. What can I do?'
'Mr. President I suggest we notify all other vessels to be on the lookout for the Triton,' suggests C-in-C Samuel McLeod.
'A good plan Sam but the message would not be received in time.'
'Charles, I suggest you think of something quick before the Triton does something we'll get blamed for.'
'We could speed up the construction of the Titan? However the best I can do is two days.'
'You have four hours! Sorry, Charles, this Dragon problem has got a little edgey. Do what you can, the Titan will depart in four hours. Admiral Wei notify Captain Smith of the schedule change. Meeting adjourned.'"

Whoa, will the ship be ready in time. Tune in next four the start of Chapter I.
